For the first time customers:
We are offering a migration of email addresses of one mailbox.
This includes:
- Migration of IMAP / Exchange accounts
- All your emails from all of your folders/sub-folders will be migrated.
- To / From any email service provider
- This DOES include DNS MX records change to point the email to the new provider.
- Verifying data integrity of your emails after migration.
- Email testing -> sending / receiving emails to confirm new mail server is working as intended
We can also setup a custom mail server for you if need be. Get in touch with us if you want to host your own mail server.
Existing customers are charged on a hourly basis with 30 minutes minimum.
Your obvious question might be: How do I know how much time do you need?

What are your business hours?
1:30 AM to 11:30 AM EST. (Unique hours to cater to a wide range of time zones!) Saturdays on standby for extremely urgent issues
How many mailboxes can you migrate in 1 hour?
This really depends on a number of factors: - Type of email (IMAP/POP/Exchange) - Size of your mailboxes (the total size of all your folder/subfolders) - Your current mail server's speed and specifications Contact me for an estimate!
Do you over a consultation over the phone / zoom

Do you perform bulk migrations?
Yes we do. As a matter of fact, our largest migration was for a corporate client that had to migrate over 200 mailboxes. Get in touch with us for a quote!
What details do I need to provide?
Before you place the order, you must be ready with the following details: - List of email addresses and their passwords - Old and new email provider login details - Account where you registered your domain. Remember, my ability to deliver the work on time depends on having accurate information!
I have a custom Linux based, self-hosted mail server. Are you able to help?

I have transferred my email but it is not working properly. What are my options?
If an email migration has been completed to a new host but not working as the intended, There are several things that could have gone wrong. Depending on the severity of the problem, we would either attempt to fix it, or perform a fresh email migration.
How quickly will you delivery my order?
Depends on how fast and accurate your responses are and your order time. If you provide all of the details correct the first time, are available for any questions during the email migration, we can deliver within a couple of hours!
