A Peace and Harmony ceremony of the Usui system is a wonderful way to experience the flow of Reiki energy from the practitioner directly to you (or your situation). I will write the situation on a piece of paper (or the computer/phone if we are working live) and place it in the center of my Reiki room. Through a series of mental symbols and hand gestures, I will create an energy circle around you or your situation. The three main stages of the ceremony are 1. Opening the Spirit Door 2. Filling with Light 3. Creating the Seal. You may feel relaxed or energized. You may feel the energy directly or indirectly. Reiki always works for the highest good.
