The logos that were designed did not quite represent the creativity I had anticipated, but I am a difficult person to please and I realize that my expectations were unreasonable.

Not even close to what I requested. I gave several JPG samples, even gave the origianl PDF file to use for the base that I asked (keep same font and layout). It's like no one listened to what I requested.
