Will my products be returned?
No, products are not returned unless previously arranged. If you’d like your products back, shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Do you post the videos on your social media accounts?
No, I don’t post client videos on my accounts unless we have agreed to a specific collaboration that includes this as part of the package.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! Each package includes one round of revisions to ensure the content meets your expectations. Additional revisions can be arranged for an extra fee.
Are B-roll shots included?
Yes, additional B-roll can be included in your video upon request. Please let me know during our initial discussion so I can tailor the video to your needs.
What equipment do you use?
I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro Max, along with professional lighting, multiple backdrops, a motion-sensing tripod, and a microphone to deliver high-quality content.

How quickly can the video be delivered?
Videos are typically delivered within 7–10 days after I receive your product. If you need a faster turnaround, let’s discuss it beforehand.
Do you reshoot content?
I aim to deliver high-quality work in the first round. If a reshoot is required due to a miscommunication or change in direction, it may incur an additional fee.
Do you have pets?
Yes, I have a dog Charlie and also a Cockatiel Bird - Jay. I also do pet sitting so always have extra dogs around.
Do you work with supplement products?
Yes I do - however I will not commit to creating UGC Content until after I have trialled the product for a minimum of 7 days - this incurs a trial fee.
