Premium includes limited remediation of agreed priority issues within the included hours. Major redesigns, migrations, large-scale app packaging or tenant rebuilds are not included unless agreed separately.

Do you need access to my Microsoft Intune tenant?
For the most complete review, yes. Read-only or appropriately scoped access is preferred where possible. I can also work from screenshots, exports and configuration details, although this may limit the depth of the assessment.
Will you make changes to my environment?
Basic and Standard are assessment-only. Premium includes limited remediation of agreed priority issues within the included hours. I will not make unapproved changes.
What is included in the health check?
Depending on the package, I can review enrolment, Autopilot, compliance, configuration profiles, endpoint security, Windows Update, application deployment, assignments, device status and common configuration issues.
Does Premium include fixing every issue found?
No. Premium includes remediation of agreed priority issues within the included hours. Larger remediation projects can be scoped separately.
Can you review mobile devices as well as Windows?
Yes. Intune-managed mobile devices can be included where relevant, although the main focus of this service is Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management.
Will I receive documentation?
1. Yes. You will receive written findings and recommendations appropriate to the package purchased.
