The workflow:

1. You send me your idea + if necessary reference files.

2. I sketch out 3 versions of the character and send you to chose.

3. After the initial sketch is chosen i do color variations and send you to chose.

4. After the final idea has been chosen i fully paint the character + add the back view and accessories.

5.After this any additional changes will count as extra.

6.If everything satisfies you i send the final concept
