What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide a clear description of the workflow, the two tools or systems involved, relevant API documentation, and any required sandbox or test credentials. If specific business rules or expected results apply, include them as well.
What does one workflow include?
One workflow is one defined automated process between up to two tools, such as sending a new CRM contact to another system, synchronizing an order, processing a webhook or updating data after a specific event.
Can you work with any API?
I can work with documented REST APIs and webhooks when the required access and capabilities are available. Please contact me before ordering if the API is undocumented, restricted or uses unusual authentication or technical requirements.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers fixes or adjustments to the integration within the original agreed scope. Adding another API, tool, workflow, business rule or new functionality is not included and requires a separate order or custom offer.
Are API fees or third-party subscriptions included?
No. Paid APIs, software subscriptions, usage fees, hosting and other third-party costs are not included in the Gig price and remain the buyer's responsibility.
