No, you can order directly. If you are not sure which package fits, send the error message and the relevant files first and I will confirm scope, price and delivery time before you buy.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is for a small isolated bug, Standard is for a medium issue within one system, and Premium is for complex bugs involving connected systems, performance, or security.
What if my issue does not fit a package?
I will review the problem and send a custom offer based on its complexity and the investigation required.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions cover the originally agreed issue. New features, unrelated bugs, or problems caused by later changes require a separate quote.
What files do you need?
I usually need the Roblox place file or the relevant scripts. Screenshots, videos, reproduction steps, and error messages are also very helpful.
What if you discover additional problems?
I will explain what I found before doing extra work. Related issues may be included when reasonable, while larger or unrelated problems will require your approval and a custom offer.
What happens if the bug returns after delivery?
If the same issue returns because of my delivered fix, I will review it. Problems caused by later changes, third-party scripts, or unrelated systems may require a new order.
