What do you need from me to start?
Please send your Excel/CSV file or a sample of your data, the KPIs you want to track, and a short description of how you would like the dashboard to be used. If you have preferred colors, branding or an example layout, please include them.
Can you create manufacturing and production dashboards?
Yes. I can create dashboards for production, OEE, scrap, downtime, plan vs actual production, Pareto analysis and other manufacturing KPIs.
Can you customize or improve an existing Excel file?
Yes. I can redesign, organize or improve an existing Excel workbook. Please contact me before ordering so I can review the scope and confirm the right package.
Does the Basic package include advanced automation?
The Basic package is designed for a simple dashboard with limited KPIs and charts. Advanced filters, multiple analyses, configuration sheets and complex manufacturing dashboards are available in the Standard or Premium packages.
Do you use VBA or macros?
My standard services use native Excel tools such as formulas, tables, charts, conditional formatting and filters. VBA or macros are not included unless we agree on them separately before the order.
Can you create the dashboard in Spanish or English?
