It depends on the complexity of the issues. Normally simple bugs can be solved within 2-3 hours.
Will my store experience downtime during the bug fixing process?
No. First I copy the theme. After solving the bug Your main theme will be updated with the changes.

What access is needed to start fixing bugs?
Provide your store URL that ends with ".myshopify.com" and collaboration code if you enable it. You can find the URL from your store domain settings. Then I will send you a collaborator access. After your acceptance, I start my work.
