I build Remote Desktop Services properly: the real role set, real FSLogix profile containers, and RD Licensing configured for the CALs you own. This is the service I have delivered most often at the enterprise end, across a 4.9-star record of 117 orders.

What Operating System Does windows virtual desktop support?
Windows Virtual Desktop supports Windows server multi-session OS.
Do we need to buy RDS CALs?
Yes. Microsoft requires Remote Desktop CALs for every user or device. I will tell you exactly which type and how many you need, you buy them from Microsoft or a licensed reseller, and I install and configure the licensing server. No grace-period workarounds.
