About this Gig
I offer 3 packages to suit each consumer for (installation, support and troubleshooting) either in CM or IP OFFICE if you have doubts about the equipment you have any questions ask me or buy my Gigs (I will talk about any avaya issue to clarify doubts and help) and let's talk for a while about what we can do to improve the use of your pbx or even do a previous review of your PBX and I will gladly indicate what you have and what we could do according to your needs.
The basic plan and plus must be consumed in the same connection, let's be honest it is difficult to develop everything in one and more if I do not have all the information, with which time is lost, that is why I added the plus package where paying two two hours you can enjoy 3, in order not to be in a hurry and do everything little by little, usually before starting to do something I like to make backups, and perform a general review of the pbx

How long can a setup take?
Honestly it is difficult to know, I could say that for a basic configuration of a user it can be so simple and very complicated at the same time. It could say that it takes 3 minutes to create a user and the extension. But when you go to the customer it can take up to two hours. Incredible but true
Trunk types I have configured
I'm from Venezuela and generally only E1 and CO trunks are used here, but in these times I have already made several configurations with SIP. Just ask I assure you that I will do my best to configure the SIP trunk. And verify any failure with the other types of trunks
Update and upgrade difference.
The updates are the software improvements that are within a version, new licenses are not required, only the knowledge and files to update the cards, phones and the pbx (I can help you) and for the upgrades if licenses are required, with I can guide you all pleasure
If I buy the basic package or plus in how many connections can I make
Just one. The idea of adding another additional hour is to benefit you as a client, carry out a previous review and a backup for more security. And have a reasonable time so that it does not get hurt if any configuration takes longer for reasons beyond my control.
If I buy the Premium package, how many connections can you make?
It all depends on the activities to be carried out, but at least a connection can take 30 minutes or an hour depending on the activities to be carried out. In other words, if you ask me to connect and make a change to a user, you may consume 30 minutes. The important thing is to have clear changes
