A broken Shopify theme should not cost you sales.
I will diagnose and fix clearly scoped problems in an existing Shopify store. I run my own live Shopify store, so I work carefully around production traffic and use a duplicate theme whenever possible.

Basic covers one reproducible bug. Standard covers up to two related issues. Premium covers up to four related issues.
Before ordering, send the store URL, theme name, affected page, exact steps, a screenshot or video, and recent changes. Use collaborator access after ordering. Never send your password.
Full store builds, bulk uploads, marketing, payment work and major new features are excluded.

What access do you need?
Shopify collaborator access after ordering, plus the theme name and affected URL. I never need your store password.
What counts as one bug?
One bug is one specific reproducible problem in one area or page. Separate failures or unrelated pages count as additional issues.
Can you fix app or script conflicts?
Yes, when the conflict is reproducible and the relevant app or script can be inspected. Third party fees are not included.
Will you publish changes to my live theme?
I normally work in a duplicate theme and send a preview first. I publish to the live theme only with your approval.
