FAQ
Which languages are supported?
English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Urdu, Hindi and most other major languages. The bot replies in the user’s language, even if your documents are in a different one.
Can my documents be in one language and users ask in another?
Yes. I use multilingual embeddings, so a question in French can find the answer in an English or Arabic document.
Which AI model do you use, and who pays for it?
OpenAI, Gemini, or an open-source model. You use your own API key, so usage costs go to your account. I’ll estimate them before we start.
Will the bot make things up?
It’s instructed to answer only from your documents and to show the source. If the answer isn’t there, it says so instead of guessing.
Is my data private?
Your documents stay in your own account and are used only for your chatbot. I’m happy to sign an NDA.
