A Linux VPS with at least 1 vCPU and 1GB RAM — any provider works (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS). Don’t have one? Message me before ordering and I’ll help you pick the right one.
Can my team use this on any device?
Yes. NetBird has clients for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. All devices connect to the same private network regardless of where they are.
What’s SSO and do I need it?
SSO (Single Sign-On) lets your team log in to the VPN using their existing Google, Microsoft, or Okta accounts — no extra passwords. It’s included in Standard and Premium. If you have a small team and don’t use Google Workspace or Azure AD, Basic is fine.
Can I manage users myself after setup?
Yes. You can manage all the configuration of the network via the web dashboard. It’s straightforward even for non-technical admins.
