Yes. This system uses the WhatsApp Cloud API. I can guide you step-by-step to create your Meta developer app and set up your number, even if you’ve never done it before.
Can this system be integrated with Messenger or Instagram DMs?
Not by default, but yes — with some adjustments, we can also connect it to Facebook Messenger or Instagram using Meta’s Graph API. Let me know what channel you want to use, and I’ll adapt the setup.
Can I edit the questions or change the flow later?
Absolutely. You’ll have full control over the questions and flow in n8n. I can also document how to update it on your own, or you can request support anytime.
Can I use this with my CRM (like Airtable, Notion, etc.)?
