FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Simply send me your manuscript file, let me know your publishing platform (for paperback formatting), your preferred trim size, and any specific style preferences. I'll handle the rest as your dedicated book editor.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! I include revisions in every order to make sure you are completely satisfied with the final result — whether it's the memoir formatting, the book layout design, or the editing itself.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
I accept manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) and Google Docs. For book layout design and memoir formatting, I deliver print-ready PDF files along with editable source files, depending on your package.
What types of books do you work with?
I specialize in nonfiction books and memoirs. Whether it's a personal memoir, self-help book, biography, or any other nonfiction manuscript, I provide professional memoir editing, memoir formatting, book layout design, and paperback formatting to get your book publish-ready.
Can you format my book for KDP after editing?
Absolutely. I offer full KDP paperback formatting as part of this gig — trim size setup, margins, gutters, pagination, and a print-ready interior file, so your manuscript goes from edited to publish-ready in one place.
What file formats do you accept?
I accept Word (.docx), Google Docs, and PDF manuscripts. For KDP formatting, Word or a clean text file works best.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, I'm happy to sign an NDA before reviewing your manuscript. Your work and privacy are always protected.
