I will build an AI chatbot that uses your approved business documents and FAQs to answer questions through a website chat interface.
The chatbot can:
- Retrieve relevant information from your source material
- Reference the sources used in its answer
- Acknowledge when the information is missing
- Direct visitors to your chosen contact route
- Capture an enquiry where your package includes it
I will prepare the agreed content, configure the chatbot and test it against sample questions before handover. This uses document retrieval; it does not mean training a new AI model.
Packages cover one English-language bot and searchable text documents. Scanned files, private user-specific knowledge, voice calls and extra languages need separate scoping. Hosting and model usage are separate.

Can you work with any API?
I review the documentation and access requirements first. Unsupported, undocumented or restricted endpoints may need a different scope.
Can it answer every question correctly
No AI chatbot can guarantee that. I test the agreed questions, include source references and configure a fallback when relevant information is missing.
What files can I provide?
Searchable text PDFs, DOCX files or plain text are suitable. Scans, tables requiring extraction and very complex formatting need review before ordering.
Can you connect Stripe or a CRM?
Premium includes one-way transfer to one documented CRM endpoint. A real-time live-agent takeover or additional business actions need a separate scope.
Are hosting and API charges included?
No. The buyer provides the necessary accounts and pays their usage charges. I provide configuration notes for the delivered integration.
What revisions and support do I receive?
Revisions cover the original endpoints and mappings. New behavior is extra. I include code handover and 7 calendar days of support for delivered defects.
