How long are the workouts?
Each session lasts 30–45 minutes, depending on your pace. It’s intense, structured, and designed to push you, not waste your time.
What muscles does it target?
Everything. Chest, arms, core, legs, this is a full-body strength program. You’ll develop muscle, control, and endurance across every major group. Back is also included but it will be a bit difficult, but regardless its up to your decision and goals.
