What information do you need from me?
A list of your products or services with selling price, monthly units, material cost and labor time, plus your monthly fixed costs (rent, salaries, utilities, etc.). I send a simple form to fill in.
What if I don't know my exact costs?
Rough figures are fine. I mark every estimate clearly so you can update it later, and the whole file recalculates automatically.
Does it work for services, not just products?
Yes. For services we use time and supplies per service instead of materials per unit. Salons, studios and consultants use it the same way.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. A revision covers changes to the analysis based on the figures you already shared.
Will I get Excel or Google Sheets?
Your choice. The file uses standard formulas with no macros, so it works in both.
Can you work in Spanish?
Yes. I'm a native Spanish speaker, so the file, labels and recommendations can be fully in Spanish or English.
