Yes, for most customization or bug-fix work I'll need either your store's staff/collaborator access or theme code access. You don't need to share your full store password — Shopify lets you add me as a staff account with limited permissions.
Can you fix bugs created by another developer's code?
Yes, I can review and fix issues in existing Liquid code, even if I didn't build the original theme. Please share the specific problem or error message so I can scope it accurately before you order.
Do I need to buy a theme, or can you work with my current one?
I can work with your current theme — whether it's a free Shopify theme, a paid theme, or a custom-built one. If you don't have a theme yet, I can also help you choose and set one up.
How long does a typical customization take?
Delivery time depends on the package: Basic (2 days) for small fixes, Standard (4 days) for full section customization, and Premium (6 days) for complete optimization work. Complex custom requests may need extra time, which I'll confirm before starting.
