Is my website going to be truly FDA compliant?
I build compliance-oriented structures, disclaimers, RUO language, age gates, and checkout terms. I'm not a lawyer, so final legal sign-off should come from qualified counsel before launch. I'll flag anything I see that looks risky.
Will my store get frozen by my payment processor?
I can't guarantee approval since that's the processor's call, not mine. What I can do is structure your site and disclaimers the way high-risk processors expect to see, and share notes on providers that commonly work with regulated categories
Can you fix my existing store instead of building from scratch?
Yes. Send me your current site before ordering, and I'll tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just fixes, no upsell, just what actually makes sense for your budget.
Do you write the product descriptions and disclaimers, or do I need to provide them?
I provide disclaimer templates and compliance-oriented structure. Product descriptions/copy can be added as an extra if you want me to write them, otherwise you'll supply your own content.
How long until my store is live?
Basic: 5-7 days. Standard: 10-14 days. Premium: 14-21 days, depending on product count and customization. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
