About this Gig
I will manually test your website or web application to identify functional, usability, responsive, and browser compatibility issues.
You will receive a clear QA report including:
- Bug title and severity
- Steps to reproduce
- Expected vs. actual result
- Annotated screenshots when applicable
- Screen recordings when included in your package
Package scope:
- Basic: up to 3 user flows on Google Chrome
- Standard: up to 7 user flows on Chrome and Firefox
- Premium: up to 12 user flows on Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge
A user flow is one specific task, such as registration, login, password recovery, form submission, adding an item to a cart, or checkout.
Responsive testing is performed using desktop browser developer tools and emulated mobile screen sizes.
Physical mobile device testing, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, performance/load testing, and bug fixing are not included.

What counts as one user flow?
A user flow is one specific task or process, such as creating an account, logging in, recovering a password, submitting a form, adding an item to a cart, or completing checkout.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers corrections or clarifications to the delivered QA report. Testing a new version of the website or web application after bugs have been fixed is considered retesting and is available as an extra service.
Do you test on real mobile devices?
Responsive testing is performed using browser developer tools and emulated mobile screen sizes. Physical Android or iPhone device testing is not currently included.
Do you fix the bugs you find?
No. This Gig is focused on manual QA testing and bug reporting. Bug fixing or software development is not included.
Do you perform security or penetration testing?
No. Penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security audits, and performance/load testing are not included in this Gig.
Which browsers do you test?
Basic includes Google Chrome. Standard includes Chrome and Firefox. Premium includes Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
