Do you need access to my site?
Not always. For most fixes I only need the link, and I send you the CSS to paste in. If you prefer that I apply it myself, give me access to the theme editor or the files.
What if my problem turns out to be bigger than a CSS fix?
I tell you before you pay anything extra. I look at the link first and say honestly what it needs. If it is out of scope I say so instead of taking the order.
