FAQ
Who is responsible for shipping costs?
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from my studio. I recommend using a tracked shipping service and ensuring the miniatures are securely packed with bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit.
Can you purchase the miniatures for me?
No, since fiver pays after completed project, i cannot purchase minis as i would pay it from my budget.
Do you offer assembly and prep work?
Mold line cleaning are included in all my packages. However, Basic assembly for large kits (like vehicles or monsters), complex conversions or large amount of minis, please contact me first, as there might be an additional fee for the extra work involved.
How do we decide on the color scheme?
Once you place an order, we will discuss your vision. You can send me reference images, box art, or even lore descriptions. If you're unsure, I can propose a custom color palette based on my experience and color theory.
Will I receive updates during the process?
Absolutely. I believe in a collaborative process. I will send you "Work In Progress" (WIP) photos at key stages (base colors, main shading, etc.) to ensure you are happy with the direction before I move on to the final details.
