About this gig

From August 2, 2026, EU law requires every customer-facing chatbot to disclose that it is AI. This is binding law (Article 50, Regulation 2024/1689). Fines can reach EUR 15 million or 3 percent of global turnover, and liability falls on whoever deployed the bot, not just whoever built it.

Enforcement is rolling out unevenly across the EU right now, so the real risk today is less about an immediate fine and more about liability exposure: if a regulator or a client ever asks, you want dated proof you checked and fixed this. That evidence is what I deliver.

This applies whether you built the bot or just deployed it, on any website EU users can reach.

What I deliver: a scan (I check your site for chat and AI widgets and whether they disclose they are AI, message me for a free live preview), a fix (a drop in, accessibility conformant two layer disclosure: a persistent AI assistant badge plus a first message notice, matched to Intercom, Tidio, Voiceflow, Botpress, Crisp, or custom, in 5 languages), and proof (a dated evidence report for your files or a client).

Not legal advice. Built by someone who builds chatbots for a living. Bulk pricing for agencies.

I help small businesses save time by automating repetitive tasks and adding AI chatbots to their websites or WhatsApp. I set up tools like Make.com and Zapier to connect your forms, CRM, and messaging apps, and build simple AI assistants that answer common customer questions automatically. No coding needed on your end - just tell me what you use and what you want automated, and I'll take care of the setup, testing, and delivery.
