FAQ
Do you include the audio production for the video?
No, any audio files(music, sound effects, voiceovers) will be only used/included if you provide them to me.
Which files do I receive?
You only receive video file, in .MP4 and any other format of your choice(in case you need it)
Can you include the assets(characters, backgrounds, etc.) on the delivery?
In case of needing the visual assets as separate files, they'd have an additional cost depending of the amount.
I assumed you'd do/include/make X that wasn't originally discussed on the delivery
Don't assume anything; you'll only receive what we agreed on producing, if you want any additional content we can price it and include it in your order as an extra.
