OrderHub automates your Shopify orders sending Slack alerts and logging data to Google Sheets via Make.com.
What it does:
Detects new Shopify orders (Basic: 2-hour polling; Standard/Premium: real-time Webhook)
Sends formatted Slack alerts: order number, customer name, email, amount, item count, status, note, timestamp, direct link to Shopify Admin
Logs the same data into Google Sheets automatically

I'm not technical. Can I still use this?
Absolutely! Basic includes a step-by-step PDF guide with screenshots and a Loom video — no technical skills needed, just follow along. For Standard & Premium, I do all the technical work for you. You just enjoy the automation.
How many orders can the free Make.com plan handle?
The free plan includes 1,000 operations/month. With 2-hour polling (~360 ops/month), the remaining ~640 ops can process approximately 200 orders/month (each order uses ~3 ops). If your store exceeds this, upgrading to Core ($9/month, 10,000 ops) is recommended.
Are there any ongoing costs I should know about?
The automation runs on Make.com. A free plan (1,000 operations/month) works for Basic with 2-hour polling. For Webhook real-time triggering (Standard & Premium), a $9/month Core plan is recommended. This is paid directly to Make.com, not to me.
Can you connect other tools besides Slack and Google Sheets?
Yes! The Premium package includes integrations with tools like Discord, Email, Airtable, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Pipedrive), and email marketing tools (Klaviyo/Mailchimp). Message me with your specific needs and I'll build it for you.
What do I need to get started after purchasing?
Basic: You need a free Make.com account, a Slack workspace, and a Google Sheets file. I provide the blueprint, PDF guide, and Loom video — setup takes ~10 minutes. Standard & Premium: Just grant me collaborator access to your Shopify store, Slack, and Google Sheets. I handle everything for you.
Do we need to have a video call?
No need. I work asynchronously via Fiverr messages, detailed Loom videos, and PDF guides. This keeps everything documented and lets you review on your own schedule. Most clients prefer this — it's faster and clearer.
How is my store and customer data kept secure?
For Standard & Premium, I request Shopify Collaborator access — a secure, limited-permission method designed by Shopify. I never ask for your personal login password. The entire deployment is screen-recorded via Loom for your review. You can revoke my access at any time.
Will you see or store my customer data?

How fast will I see new orders in Slack?
