I will extract fillable PDF form fields to excel with a reusable script
About this Gig
Please message before ordering so we can check a redacted sample.
Turn completed, fillable PDF forms into one Excel workbook, without retyping their stored fields.
The pilot covers up to 20 PDFs using one agreed flat AcroForm template and up to 25 fields. Text, checkbox states and dropdown selections are mapped to agreed columns; identifiers keep their leading zeros. Unsupported or damaged inputs are listed for review.
You receive the Excel workbook, an input-issue report, a rerunnable local Python script and setup instructions. The extraction script runs locally without cloud processing.
The gallery shows fabricated demonstration forms, not customer work.
Scans, flattened PDFs, XFA forms, encrypted files, signature validation and multiple templates are outside this pilot. One correction against the agreed mapping is included. New fields or templates need a separate scope.
Sample approval comes before ordering. Delivery: three days after complete requirements.

FAQ
Will this work with scanned PDFs?
This pilot reads stored fillable form fields. OCR and flattened or image-only files require a different scope.
Do I get the script?
Yes. A local Python script, dependency instructions and an example command are included after sample approval.
Will leading zeros survive?
Identifier fields are stored as text according to the agreed mapping, so values such as 0007 remain intact.
What does a revision cover?
One correction to the agreed field mapping or output. Additional templates, new fields and changed requirements are separate work.
Is the example customer work?
No. It uses fabricated forms; three valid forms and two problematic inputs were checked locally.
