How much experience do you have with antenna design?
I have delivered over 174 antenna and RF projects covering patch, dipole, Yagi-Uda, horn, helical, slot, metamaterial and phased-array designs, alongside 42+ MATLAB and Python analysis projects.
Which software do you use, and will I get the source file?
Everything is built in CST Studio Suite or ANSYS HFSS — you choose, or I recommend based on your design. The editable source file is included in Standard and Premium, so you own the project and can modify it yourself later. It is also available as an extra on Basic.
What do I need to send you before you start?
Just four things: your target frequency (or frequency bands), your substrate material and thickness, any size constraints, and your performance targets such as return loss, gain or bandwidth. If you are unsure about any of these, tell me your application and I will recommend suitable values.
What if the specification I want is not physically possible?
I will tell you before you order, not after. Some combinations of size, frequency and bandwidth are limited by physics, and no simulation can change that. If your spec is unachievable, I will explain why and propose the closest realistic alternative, because an honest answer today saves you a faile
How many revisions do I get?
One revision on Basic, two on Standard and four on Premium. A revision covers adjustments to the design you ordered, such as retuning, resizing or optimisation changes. A completely new antenna or a different frequency band counts as a new order. Revisions are available for seven days after delivery
Do you handle fabrication and manufacturing files?
Yes. The Premium package includes fabrication-ready output, and it is also available as an extra on any package. You receive the files your fabrication house needs, plus a bill of materials listing substrate, connector and component specifications.
