Yes! I can handle difficult audio. If noise or accents are extreme, please send a 2-minute sample first so I can check the quality and give you an honest assessment.
How do you handle data privacy, confidentiality, and sensitive research data?
Data privacy is a top priority. I never share data or upload it to public AI tools. I delete files once the job is approved and am happy to sign an NDA if needed.
What transcript format do you deliver?
I deliver Clean Verbatim by default (removing "ums" and stutters for readability). If your research requires Full Verbatim (including all fillers and repetitions), just let me know.
Can you use a specific layout or template?
Absolutely. I provide clean Google Docs/PDF files. If your university or lab needs specific custom formatting, custom timestamp intervals, or style guidelines, just message me.
