I will fix or rescue your broken manychat, n8n automation flow
Kelly Elijah
About this gig
One morning your Manychat flow just stopped talking back.
Maybe your welcome message stopped triggering. Maybe your Instagram account got flagged for automation and half your subscribers stopped getting messages.
Maybe you built around the free plan and woke up to a capped contact list, paused flows, and customers messaging into silence. You didn't touch anything. Something changed, and now you're explaining why nobody replied.
I fix that.
I go into your Manychat account,
find exactly which flow, trigger, or IG connection broke, and repair it instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Expired permissions, Blocked triggers, Flagged automation, contact caps you didn't see coming,
I know what each looks like and how to fix it without losing subscribers or flow history.
If your account has outgrown Manychat right now, I also handle full migrations, moving your flows and automation logic onto a setup that fits your business today.
Send me what's happening, whether it's a flow that stopped firing, an IG or FB connection acting up, or a plan limit you've hit.
Most fixes are delivered within 48 hours.
Let's get your messages reaching people again.

I used to watch businesses lose sales in their inbox, leads asking "how much?" and never hearing back in time. That gap became my mission.
I'm Kelly, an AI automation architect who builds ManyChat chatbots, voice agents and no-code systems with Bubble, Make and n8n.
I turn Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp DMs into 24/7 sales machines that capture, qualify and convert leads automatically.
Your inbox should close deals, not collect dust. Let's build yours.

FAQ
Do you fix broken Manychat flows?
Yes. I find exactly which flow, trigger, or step stopped working and repair it instead of rebuilding your automation from scratch.
Can you fix an Instagram automation that stopped working?
Yes. If your Instagram connection broke or your DM automation stopped triggering, I diagnose the connection and get it running again.
My IG account got flagged for automation, can you help?
Yes. I review what triggered the flag, adjust your automation to stay within platform limits, and help restore normal activity.
What causes a Manychat flow to suddenly stop triggering?
The most common causes are expired permissions, a changed IG FB connection, a blocked trigger, or hitting a plan limit. I check all of these first.
I hit my Manychat contact limit, what are my options?
I'll walk you through what's fixable inside your current plan versus what's worth migrating off, based on where your business actually needs to grow.
Can you migrate my Manychat automation to another platform?
Yes, full migrations are included in the Premium package, moving your flows and automation logic to a setup that fits your business today
