What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your existing 3D CAD model and describe the part function, interfaces, critical dimensions and manufacturing requirements.
Do you create drawings according to ISO GPS?
Yes. Depending on the selected package, I can apply functional dimensioning, datum systems, fits and geometrical tolerances according to ISO GPS.
Can you create a drawing from a STEP file?
Yes. STEP files are suitable as input. Native CATIA files can also be used where available.
Are tolerances included?
Basic includes customer-specified tolerances. Standard and Premium can include functional tolerancing and ISO GPS based on the supplied requirements.
Which file formats will I receive?
PDF is included. Native CATIA drawing files are included where specified in the selected package or purchased as an extra.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable change within the originally agreed scope. Major design changes, new parts or new requirements are not revisions.
Do you also design or modify the 3D CAD model?
This Gig focuses on technical drawings. Significant CAD design or geometry changes require a separate CAD modeling or modification service.
