Do you include the content in the post templates?
The templates come with placeholder text (Lorem Ipsum) only for the body text for you to replace with your own text. I'm happy to include your text if you send it to me, or I can research and include text for an extra fee.
Do you design video animation templates?
All package Basic, Standard, Premium include 3 revision: The following modification are considered as a revision: (Colors change, text change, graphics element change) Major changes such as a new project design layout will not be considered as a revision.
Can I resell your templates on marketplace?
The answer is no! You cannot resell the templates on any marketplace. You can use them for Personal use only!
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the chosen packages please check packages. As a general rule, orders are delivered one day before the deadline. If you would like to receive your order in express delivery within 24 hours please select the fast delivery option.
How would I be able to edit the templates you create for me?
You will receive a link that will allow you to add the templates to your Canva account. Once the templates are added to your Canva account you will be able to edit them from your account.
Do you create custom offers?
Yes absolutely! I can create more Instagram posts or create design for other platforms.
