I will improve your cs2 gameplay today

Hello, I'm a NA CS player and coach. I've reached 2.8K ELO, Top 1K on Faceit and have played multiple seasons of ESEA league. I've invested several years into CS. Im very passionate and love how there is always something to learn everyday you get on and invest in yourself. I love improving as a player and helping others improve themselves. I have experience coaching teams, as well as individuals in and outside of teams. Your personal session will start by asking you what you think your biggest flaws in the game are. We'll move into a demo of your gameplay, look for those weaknesses, and find those you have not noticed. We'll then discuss those issues in-depth. I'll provide you with a proper plan and roadmap on how to build around your game. Team sessions will be similar. I'll ask what everyone on the team thinks the biggest weaknesses from the team's gameplay are. We'll focus on these suggestions while watching your team's demo and confirm what issues are present and what issues are not. After we finish the demo I'll provide the team a plan to follow for the future to tackle those weaknesses. This will vary from strategy, map pool suggestions, calling, theory, and team dynamic.
