FAQ
Which file types can I send?
Word (.docx), PDF, BibTeX (.bib), RIS, EndNote/Zotero exports, or plain text pasted in the order. If the list is inside a longer document, I pull out the References or Bibliography section.
Can you check my reference list for fake or AI-made citations?
Yes. Every entry is matched against Crossref, Retraction Watch and OpenAlex. You get an OK / CHECK / FIX report with the reason for each flag, plus an Excel sheet of every reference with its DOI and any free full-text link.
If a reference is flagged "not found", does that mean it's fake?
Not always. Books, reports, websites and some conference papers are not in Crossref. FIX means it could not be confirmed in scholarly databases, so check it carefully. The report explains each case.
Can you write my paper or help with my homework?
No, sorry. I verify finished reference lists only. I don't write, edit or complete papers, coursework or assignments, in line with Fiverr's academic integrity rules. Please follow your institution's honor code.
Do you use AI to check references?
Matching runs on database lookups (Crossref, Retraction Watch, OpenAlex), not text generation, and results are reviewed before delivery. If you need a no-automation workflow, message me before ordering.
What do I get, and how long does it take?
Basic ($15): up to 30 references, 2 days. Standard ($35): up to 100, 2 days. Premium ($75): up to 300 plus a corrected list in your style, 3 days. Each includes a PDF report and Excel sheet. 24-hour delivery is +$10 / +$15 / +$25.
