The buyer pays all sample production fees and international courier charges (like DHL/FedEx) directly to the factory or logistics provider. My gig fee only covers the management, monitoring, and quality documentation.
What is a Quality Manual and why do I need it?
A Quality Manual sets the benchmark. It locks in the approved sample's wood moisture content, color swatches, hardware tolerances, and packaging standards. This document binds the factory to maintain identical quality during mass production.
How long does the furniture sampling process usually take in Indonesia?
Depending on design complexity, custom furniture sampling usually takes between 14 to 30 days. I provide regular milestone updates so you can see the progress in real-time.
