Do I need to share my Google account?
No. You'll never need to share your login credentials. I work with a test environment on my end and deliver the script directly to you. You simply copy it into your Google Apps Script editor and run it.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I don't store, access, or retain any of your data. If you need to share sample data for testing, I recommend using dummy data. Your privacy is taken seriously throughout the process.
Will this work on my existing Sheet, Doc, or Drive setup?
Yes, in most cases. Just let me know your current setup when you message me before ordering. I'll confirm compatibility and build the script to fit what you already have, no need to start from scratch.
Can you automate any Google app?
I cover the full Google Workspace, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Forms, Contacts, and more. For Premium orders I also integrate Gemini AI. Message me with your specific use case and I'll confirm before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the package and complexity. It's shown on each package, but if your requirement is time-sensitive, message me first and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions. Revisions cover adjustments to the original requirement, not new features or scope changes. If your needs evolve, we can discuss an add-on.
What if the script breaks after delivery?
Scripts are delivered fully tested. If something breaks due to a bug in my code within a reasonable period after delivery, I'll fix it at no charge. Issues caused by changes to your Google setup or third-party services fall outside this, but message me and we'll sort it out.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, within the revision limit of your package. For larger changes or new requirements after the order is closed, feel free to place a new order or message me to discuss.
