Revisions are included. I won't consider a job done until it's actually working correctly.
Can you work on my live/production environment?
Yes, but I always recommend changes are made methodically and where possible outside of peak hours to minimise disruption and in line with your CAB. We'll discuss any plans before touching anything.
How long will it take?
Dependant on the scope, but simple fixes and configurations are typically turned around within 2 days. I'll give you a realistic timeframe once the task is understood.
Will you need admin access to my tenant?
For any direct configuration, yes. I'll explain exactly what access is needed and why. All work is handled professionally and with respect to confidentially.
Can you set everything up from scratch?
Yes, full environment builds from new are well within scope, including users, licences, security policies, and device management.
Can you train my team as well?
This is outside of the scope but can be discussed separately depending on the need.
