I always start every program with a 4 test battery to verify your actual physical conditions (strenght test, power test, mobility test, cardiofitness test) and with this data I can develop an highly individualized approach of training to help you improve your performance.
Can I follow your workout with an home based gym?
Sure, I'll adapt your training plan to your available equipment, also if it's could be only bodyweight (obviously progress will be more slow without resistance).
Do you follow beginners?
I've worked with athlete from beginners to advanced, without problems.
What is the most important factor that an athlete need to understand?
EXPLOSIVENESS. Athlete need to understand that strength training for athletic performance is not powerlifting and only if you work and improve your explosiveness you can be a better athlete.
Do you follow eSports athlete?
Sure, researches says that exercise is great to improve our cognitive function and this will translate in a better esports performance
Why many programs that you have follow doesn't work?
