Can I make a text change to any of the templates?
Yes, but please contact me before purchasing if you would like to make a text change as this will cost extra depending on how many changes you would like to make. I can create a custom offer to suit you.
What can be customised in the templates?
I can add your logo to the templates, change the section colours and add your social links.
How is the template added into my shopify notifications?
The code is sent to you and simply needs to be pasted into the Shopify notification section. This will only take you a minute and is so simple to do. I will provide instruction.
Can I ever remove these templates?
Yes, you can click 'revert to default' at the bottom of your notification emails and this will revert the code back to Shopify default settings.
Can I edit these myself in the future?
Shopify notifications are added via code, these can be edited if you are happy to work in code. IF you have a klaviyo account I can send you the design via klaviyo so you can import and export this yourself. Otherwise, I am sure you will be happy to keep these as they are :)
Will anything not show?
These templates display all essential order information, including purchased products, product images, quantities, prices, shipping costs, taxes, order totals and tracking where applicable. Products are shown in a clean branded list and do not include advanced Shopify layouts such as bundle grouping
