No. I build all emails using the Klaviyo email editor, with graphics created in Canva where required. This means your templates are fully editable and easy to update in the future—no coding required.

Yes. Pricing is based on the number of email templates you need. The more templates you purchase in one order, the greater the discount compared to ordering them individually.

Please provide all requested information when placing your order. Fiverr starts the delivery countdown immediately after purchase, so missing information may delay your order or, in some cases, require it to be cancelled.

No. Unless agreed before ordering, all templates are delivered together. I don't release templates individually while waiting for additional information, as this can affect delivery times.

No. I work within Klaviyo only. Website development, coding, custom HTML, API integrations and third-party apps are outside the scope of this gig.

Standard flow setup is included where your website is already integrated with Klaviyo. Advanced flow implementation, such as complex branching, multiple product-specific paths, custom logic or bespoke automation, is not included and should be discussed before ordering.
