Do you supply copy
Please supply the text content for the email. I am not a copywriter however if you do not have any copy I can provide a light copy which would consist of information taken off your website and best practice headlines along with demo text. This will all be editable so you can change it.
Do you send the emails
No, I design these and you will have the template in your account ready to send as you wish.
How do you access the account.
For Klaviyo I will require a staff account. For Mailchimp a staff account is beneficial but I can also share the template via a link.
How long does this take?
Please be aware that the timeframe mentioned in the service is the maximum duration. I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and your order may be in a queue. If there are fewer orders ahead of yours, it could be completed much sooner than the time indicated in the gig description.
How does Dark Mode affect my emails?
Some recipients use Dark Mode, which may invert colours. As I design using Klaviyo's native editor, this is controlled by the email client and outside my control. I consider Dark Mode where possible. Images are typically not affected.
Will the email look perfect on all inboxes?
Every inbox is different. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other email clients may display emails slightly differently. Users will view these on different devices. I design using Klaviyo's native editor, so rendering differences outside Klaviyo's capabilities cannot be guaranteed or controlled.
