What information do you need from me to build the schedule?
I need your Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Scope of Work (SOW), high-level milestone dates, and any available architectural or MEP drawings to establish the baseline logic.
Do you include commissioning (Cx) phases in the timeline?
Yes. I specifically build out and track all 5 levels of data center commissioning, from Level 1 Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) through Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
Can you add resource and cost loading to the schedule?
Yes, my Premium package includes full resource loading for manpower and equipment. If you need cost loading or require this on a smaller package, message me for a custom offer.
What format will the final deliverables be in?
You will receive the native Microsoft Project source file (.MPP) so you can make future edits, along with high-resolution PDF exports of the Gantt chart and milestone reports.
Do you offer tracking and updates for ongoing construction?
Absolutely. I offer weekly or monthly schedule updating services. We can set up a custom order to input actual progress, track schedule variances, and monitor the critical path.
