Will my website be down during the migration?
No. I use a "Zero Downtime" migration method. I move all your files and the database to the new server first, test it, and only then point your DNS/Nameservers to the new host. Your visitors will see the old site until the new one is ready.
What do I need to provide for the migration?
To ensure a smooth transfer, I will need: Login credentials for your current hosting (cPanel/FTP). Login credentials for your new hosting provider. Your WordPress Admin login. (Optional) Your Domain Registrar login (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) if you need help updating nameservers.
Can you migrate a very large website or an E-commerce store?
Yes! I can handle large databases and WooCommerce stores. For sites over 5GB, please select the Premium Package, as these require manual database splitting and specialized tools to ensure no customer data or orders are lost during the move.
Do you migrate professional emails as well?
My standard packages cover the website and database migration. If you need your custom email accounts (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) and their old messages moved as well, please message me for a custom quote, as email migration requires a separate technical process.
What if the new hosting has different PHP versions or errors?
Part of my service includes a "Post-Migration Check." If the new server has a different configuration that causes plugin errors or "White Screen" issues, I will troubleshoot and fix those settings to ensure your site is 100% functional before I deliver the order.
