I will upgrade one PHP website to an agreed, supported PHP 8.x version and resolve upgrade-related compatibility issues within the scope we confirm before ordering.
The $500 package includes:
- Review of the current PHP version, code and dependencies
- File and database backup before changes
- Upgrade and compatibility fixes for the agreed website
- Testing of up to 5 agreed key flows, such as login, forms or checkout
- Staging validation, an agreed production update and rollback plan
- Updated source files and a brief change/test summary
- 2 revisions for issues within the agreed upgrade scope
Delivery: 7 days after receiving the required access and project details.
Please message me before ordering with your website URL, current PHP version, framework/CMS and known errors so I can confirm suitability. Major framework/CMS migrations, complete rewrites, new features, malware cleanup, hosting fees and paid licenses are outside this package. Any additional scope will be agreed separately.

Does the package cover any website size?
It covers one website and the upgrade scope confirmed before ordering, including testing up to 5 key flows. Large applications, major framework/CMS migrations or extensive rewrites may need a separate custom offer.
Will you work directly on my live website?
I plan for a file/database backup and staging validation first. Any production update is scheduled with you and includes a rollback plan. Hosting limitations may affect the process; zero downtime is not guaranteed.
Are licenses and hosting included?
No. Hosting charges and paid themes, plugins, extensions or software licenses are provided by you. I will flag dependencies that require replacement or renewal before proceeding.
What do the 2 revisions cover?
Revisions cover upgrade-related issues within the agreed scope. New features, design changes and unrelated existing bugs are separate work.
