I will analyse boxing sparring and training footage

I am providing high level boxing analysis for boxers at any level.

Who am I? I am someone who considers themselves a true student of the game, an amateur boxer with 20+ fights. However, due to multiple injuries, I have not competed in the last year. Instead, I used my expertise to coach fighters at a range of levels, which helped my boxing IQ and increased my coaching ability.

• Will offer services for 3 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks
• Depending on whenever your personal sessions/ club sessions are, we will decide on times to call, or discuss performance (potentially multiple times a week for same price)
• This will involve - footage analysis, tailored training methods, diet, weight management, your personal emotions and feelings ( how to make training as enjoyable as possible)
• Will keep track on performance, and will therefore update the training regime whenever needed
• Will record my analysis and our conversation
• Will always review footage before our meetings, and willing to review again in conversation
