About this Gig
As an author, I know exactly what kind of feedback is and isn't helpful. When you work with me you can expect honest feedback that is delivered through the eyes of both a reader and a writer.
When I read your novel, you can expect general comments and reactions as if I were a reader, as well as feedback and suggestions to help strengthen your plot, characters, and story. If you have specific concerns (maybe on a specific characters arc, or you feel something is missing, I will keep an eye out as I read.) Finally, I will provide you a minimum one-page document with feedback and suggestions.
Please contact me before purchasing a plan so I can get to know you and your story before I begin providing feedback. A short synopsis of your story will not count towards the word count and may be attached to the document you send for revision.

What if my word count doesn't match your packages?
I am willing to work with you to create custom packages that match your word count. That includes pricing for novellas longer than 40K words.
Can I get a sample beta read?
For novellas longer than 10K words, I can offer a free 1K word sample beta read. Turnaround on the sample will be 3 days (or less).
What if I have questions on your feedback after the gig is done?
You can always reach out for clarification on my feedback! I can also offer a review/endorsement upon request. (No additional charge.)
