Yes, if your form tool supports the required Zapier trigger. I can map submitted details into Pipedrive contacts or deals and configure the next activity within your package scope. Send me the form tool’s name before ordering.
Will the automation prevent duplicate contacts?
Where supported, I can add a lookup using an agreed identifier, such as email, before creating a contact. Duplicate handling depends on your data and the available app actions, so we will confirm the rules first.
Do I need paid Pipedrive or Zapier plans?
You need plans that support your chosen workflow. Some apps and multi-step automations require paid features. I will check your requirements before we begin. Subscription fees are not included.
Can you fix an existing Zap that is failing?
Yes. Send the workflow steps, error message and expected result. I will review whether the repair fits a package or needs a custom offer. Please hide sensitive information in screenshots.
How will you test my integration?
I will use agreed sample data to check the trigger, field mapping and resulting Pipedrive records or activities. I will also check any filters and lookup rules included in the agreed scope.
What will I receive when the work is complete?

What does a revision include?
