So that a suitable package of 2d drawing YOU can get settled. This generally depends on complexity of Floor layout, building layout, any other surroundings, MEP components and construction facilities.
How to start work on 2d floor plan?
1- Please inbox me. I'll response within one hour. 2- Please provide your pdf drawing, sketch items, basic DWG (may be single line). On this basis I can make 2d floor plan. 3- I’ll send Draft pdf for review. After incorporation I will submit 2D drawing for approval.
Do you deliver 3D model or 3D render with Chief Architect?
*3D Model FLOOR PLAN, wall, generic elements available, using Chief Architect Home Designer (CAHD) version. *No Interior Decoration, wall or ceiling, bathroom-kitchen-lighting *Rendering is Normal as above CAHD version only, nothing special. *3D model will require EXTRA time and pay.
Basic query?
-Please provide your CAD template to work upon, including line width, scale of work, annotation style. This is always helpful for faster production. -If I would have to create a CAD template or background from scratch, extra time and pay are expected.
